The easy way to profit lost muscle

If you are like most people, you are 60 percent of your muscle – ignore and may have lost even it now…

You can become weights lifting, doing body weight exercises, running on the roads and paths or a treadmill, your heart out, endlessly to enter some heart machine & even if you take all this training again you will still miss.

The truth is, according to our teens or early twenties, most of us do high-intensity Sprint and jump to finish. This is a big mistake. Here are the reasons:

You see, there are 3 different types of muscle fiber in your body. The first is slow-twitch or type I and it makes about 40% of your muscles.

The other two types are both fast twitch fibers and make up about 60%. Type IIa is known only fast-twitch. Type IIx is called Super fast.

Now, here is the scoop. If you stop, fast, explosive type training, you lose fast twitch muscle fiber. If this type of training, up to 60% of you won’t you muscle tissue is ignored. Ouch.

Even if not explosive strength training, running, cardio, long distances, etc slowly you are maintained only the remaining 40%. Are the other 50 or 60 percent literally atrophy can be.

So, how can you avoid this atrophy?

Well, the good news is that you stop the loss of muscle tissue – and even recover’s. Yes, actually reverse the muscle loss.
