In 2.5 cm size balls roll and on a baking tray with baking paper lined oven-proof. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile heating you enough oil in a pan for frying. Then Peel the sweet potato slice into strips with a vegetable peeler. Put a small handful of sweet potato ribbons in frying pan and FRY for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned. From pan and onto a plate lined with paper towel to drain. Repeat with the remaining sweet potato. To serve, make sweet potato ribbons on a plate and top with meatballs.
