Another popular diet with the celebrities, is weight watchers. Celebrities like Jenny McCarthy, Sarah Ferguson, Rosie o’ Donnell, Fran Drescher, Kate Winslet, and so Lynn Redgrave. If these models, actresses and a Duchess can weight loose successfully with weight watchers there must be something to this choice of popular celebrity diets.

The only celebrity spokespeople used by weight watchers to date, is Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. She told the early show co-anchor Rene Syler, that she feels the best that she’s ever felt since losing weight with weight watchers. Sarah Ferguson had struggled with her weight since childhood and has a total of 50 pounds since joining weight watchers lost as of 2004 when she had been doing the program for eight years.

Sarah Ferguson believes so much in what she has learned through participating in and being a spokesperson for weight watchers that she has written five books with weight watchers: “Energy breakthrough” (Simon & Schuster 2002). “Reinventing yourself” (Simon & Schuster 2001); “Win the weight game” (Simon & Schuster, 2000); “Dieting with the Duchess” (Simon & Schuster 1999); and so “dining with the Duchess,” (Simon & Schuster, 1998).
