Day 11, but will it plateau. On the 12th day, proceed to step 2.
  2. LISTEN UP! Yes, stop dieting for three full days! Eat what you want, whenever you want. This will not only give you a well deserved break, but resets also the metabolism, to ensure that your next 11 day diet is only as strong as your predecessor.
